Have you ever tried to change the course of flowing water or measured how fast it is moving? We will take advantage of the creek access provided at Metsker County Park to discover the nature of water, build and race boats in the river, construct dams, and hike through the creek. Camp adventurers will be encouraged to push themselves safely as they explore the secrets of this park, learn teamwork and various aspects of natural science, and think creatively.
Ages: children will be split up into 4 small groups; ages 5-6 years, 7-8 years, 8-9 years, and 10-12 years. Please select the age group that most closely matches the age your child will be at the time of the camp. For those of you returning to camp you may notice a slight difference in our age groups. We are constantly growing and learning and feel that the new age groupings will better fit with the camp experience.
