Camp Forms & Policies

Required Forms

The following is required of all camp participants. Please read, print and complete all forms to bring with you to camp. Blank copies will be available at camp, if needed.

Camp Hours

Regular Camp Programming is from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Drop-off begins 8:45am.
Pick-up is at 3:00pm.
Before care begins at 7:45am ($5/day)
After care is from 3:00-5:00pm ($10/day)

Late Pick-up Policy

Campers who are still in our care at 3:15pm will be enrolled in after care and their parent/guardians will be charged $5 for every 15 minutes camper remains in our care.

Lunches, Snacks, and Water

Please pack a lunch, snacks, and water each day for your camper. Food that does not require an ice pack is preferred. We often take our lunches with us on our adventures and ice packs add weight that makes lunches hard to carry. We will have water available for refilling water bottles.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Outdoor Education Adventures reserves the right to cancel or combine classes that are below the minimum participant requirement. Should cancellation occur, participants will be given the option to transfer to another available camp or a full refund will be issued.

Prior to June 1st, 2019: Cancellations for summer camp made prior to June 1st will result in a $50 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.

After June 1st, 2019: Cancellations for summer camp made after June 1st receive no refund, with the following exceptions:

  • Short-term illness or injury: If a short-term illness or injury prevents the camper from attending the scheduled camp, the client may reschedule another camp, during the same summer season only, for a transfer fee of $35, provided that the desired camp has available space.
  • Long-term illness or injury: Cancellations made after June 1 due to long-term illness/injury must be accompanied by a doctor’s note and will result in a $50 cancellation fee.  A doctor’s note must be received before a refund will be issued.

Before and after care cancellations for summer camp made prior to June 1st, 2019 will receive a full refund. After June 1st, before and after care cancellations will receive no refund.

Summer Camp Session Transfers: After June 1st, 2019 a transfer can be requested. If granted a transfer fee of $35 will be assessed for each summer camp session change. (A transfer request is not a guarantee of approval and the cancellation policy will apply.)

Absences: Please contact us at 971-277-2913 if your camper will be absent. There will be no make-up classes for any summer camp programs. Absences will not be refunded and the cancellation policy will be applied.
